The only thing I would suggest is to crop the bottom of the picture a bit (not the border bit, the actual picture) to take some weight off the bottom and keep the viewer's eyes on the face. But I'm no pro- far from it- so I may be wrong here. That's just what I noticed.
Another superduper pic from you- I don't normally venture into the design galleries, but I seem to be drawn to your work. Well done.
